A casual yet elegant living room greeting area is the focal point to the clubhouse. With more than 8,700 of air conditioned square feet, the clubhouse acts as the community's central meeting place. Boasting an amazing ballroom equipped with the latest audio/visual equipment, an arts & crafts room, kitchen, card room, billiard room, and fitness center, the clubhouse acts as your home away from home. Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse and in the surrounding pool area.

Our fitness center is equipped with the most popular machinery to ensure that you challenge all muscle groups. Both aerobic and resistance training platforms are available. In addition, there are numerous classes available including water aerobics, Tai Chi and mat workouts. The fitness center is also equipped with a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi so that your workouts are not only productive but entertaining.

The resort style pool is breathtaking. A waterfall acts as the central focal point and a most relaxing feature. Canopy lounges flank the pool to complete the resort-style look and feel while covered eating and lounging areas with mahogany wood ceilings and variable speed ceiling fans provide the ultimate in southern-charm. The pool is heated in the cooler months and chilled in the warmer months so that the water is always a perfect temperature. The pool area is Wi-Fi accessible.

The look and design of our Billiard Room can compete with the most upscale London pub.

Two regulation tables are available to homeowners looking for a relaxing game, or to test their competitive sprit.

Pub style tables complete the rich look of the room, and act as seating area while players wait their turn. The Billiard Room is also equipped with a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi.

Our clubhouse is equipped with a his and hers dry sauna to achieve the ultimate in relaxation after a game of golf, tennis, or strenuous work out in the fitness room.

For those of you more inclined to a whirlpool, there is a 6-person hot tub by the pool.

Lakeridge Falls offers residents the use of two Har Tru tennis/pickle ball courts that are maintained daily.
